I've been pondering on these dresser mirror frames for so long......but I finally decided to stick with the chalkboard use, even though it isn't very original! It's just such a hot seller, and since I don't have one yet for myself, if it doesn't sell-- I'll just keep it!!
With our Lakewood Antique show starting Friday, I only had a couple of hours today to get a few projects done, and this lamp collage plant stand was one of them. I was just having a little chippy/rusty fun--can't go too long without dismantling some old lamps!!
Don't forget to stop by the show this weekend and say HI!
Oh gosh I wish I lived close enough to come to the sale. I love that dresser mirror redo. That will probably be one of the first things to sell.

Chalkboard....EXQUISITE! Plant Stand....ADORABLE! Someday I'm going to get to go to Lakewood, until then, thank heaven for your blog!
ReplyDeleteHere's wishing you a great show this weekend, and congrats on your nomination. I have actually spent my morning going thru your blog to the beginning, and am just amazed at all you do. It has been a bittersweet journey; however, since so many memories have been conjured up from many years back. I used to always shop (and occasionally set up)at the old Lakewood and I did the Crabapple show twice a year for quite a while....so glad to see it's back and running! I know (well used to know) Cynthia very well and Debra from Vienna. Are they both still at it? I miss the tallow!
ReplyDeleteOh, I need a trip to Atlanta...I still have many friends there to visit.
Well take care...you are one creative and awesome gal!
