Spectacular sunset in Sarasota......

I didn't get to go to Cancun like Sea Witch.....or Aruba like Kay......but I did get to go home to Sarasota and see my family over New Year's, and even though it was a little chilly, the beaches were stunning! The pics of this sunset don't do it justice....it was amazing, and there was a wedding on the beach right at that time----I bet they thought the sky was decorated just for them!

They really are stunning images of a Sarasota sunset. Being from Wisconsin - where we previously lived on a south-facing hillside that provided some incredible sunsets - I feared that our move to Florida (about 20 minutes south of Sarasota) would leave me bereft of a beautiful sunset. Your photos show what I discovered...our Florida sunsets are beautiful. I have enjoyed our Florida skies every day and night of the past nine years and look forward to many more. Thanks for sharing yours.
Happy New Year!

I don't think I'll ever understand how blogs come my way, but I'm sure glad yours did!

Your photos are wonderful! I just spent the last 15 minutes going through everything on your blog. Wish I could print out photos from other blogs and just pin them on the walls of my studio... they are sooo inspirational!

Happy New Year... and thanks for sharing!
