Still bending wire

I feel like Edward Scissorhands...but with wire cutters instead!

Above is a tall photo/sign holder display stand (I also made a wire bird cage that can hang from it)

I try to create things with at least some sort of functionality

This was a fun use of little metal flowers that I had salvaged from a lamp, but making the wire cloche frame took a really long time.

I might try mounting these on wood molding for added interest and stability, but they are so easy to just hang on hooks or walls like this.
Bees are fun for spring....but functional? maybe not so much.

I greatly appreciate the kind encouragers and amazing purchasers of my sassy products on Etsy and at shows!

  2. These look so interesting to me.
I like the bent wire art you're making. I have made some very simple plate hangers for my wall. I also made a similar one for an old painting I found in my Granny's trunk. They are not as fancy as yours though! I love the leaf and flower motifs you've shown here.
I may have to dabble in this a little bit!

Still working on that trip to Florida, especially now that I have my 'pull'...can't wait to start pimping it, as soon as the door thaws out...lol...

  13. I love your eye for wire sculpture. You have a really great way of making it interesting with asymmetry, but bringing it all together in a beautiful way!
