A Few Projects & Pickins

Painting stuff with blackboard paint is rather addicting!

So is playing with old hardware and wood! This new wall photo holder/shelf piece evolved from trying to use up some of my hoarded junk that is badly in need of reduction.

The vintage coin purse necklaces are pretty simple and I'm no jewelry maker, so I hope they will be bought by gals with a vision for adding cool stuff to make them wonderful.

Here's just a few of my fresh pickins (not much time for that these days).....I am MAD about this bird cage....

.......and the iron fence parts!!

~I hate being MIA in blogland! I miss you all, and the fact that I don't get to comment on all of your amazingly interesting and fabulously creative blogs drives me nuts! (I still haven't got my computer fixed yet....or is it just Blogspot that is so messed up?.... so I can't always see your pics!)

The little coin purse necklaces are new to me. I think they are cute just the way they are. =)

Love your "Mom" shelf. I have some of that junk, I mean those treasures, around too. Now just to get something done with them.

Great finds! love the cage, but also love that little cabinet with the door, and those iron pieces. My finds were great, but not that great!

Can you imagine the poor lil' bird behind those iron bars...but I love it too...great stuff, luv the purses...AND EVERYTHING...but I think blogger is getting too big for it's britches, things just are easy on it anymore. Once they started running verbal ads on the playlist, I knew it was gonna get ugly!!!

Not only that I read today that anywhere on your blog or website that you post pictures of yourself, companies are doing facial profiling to find you anytime, anywhere, for whatever...it's a scary world out there today!

Stay cool friend!

The coin purses are so steam punky..they will go fast. Crazy about your chalkboard painted luggage. What a clever way to announce a new menu, weekend plans or a sketch a quick chalk picture. Miss your blog too kiddo, but everyone is busy these days. Stay cool Sea Witch

I am new to the computer world and do not know how to be a follower? But I will certainly be checking in on a regular basis.

It is refreshing always to see discarded and old objects turned into beautiful and interesting pieces of art. You do such stellar work on your creations. I have one of my mom's old change purse that is a it worn but I treasure it and now maybe I can try to make something as nice as you did.
