I love to save tree branches from my yard, and when I saw Dawn's (The Feathered Nest) recent post of her truly marvelous new collage using a tree branch, it inspired me to use some of mine for a quickie display piece for the show. (I only have one day left, so it had to be an easy project) This is nothing like her beautiful art work, but it was simple and fun, and hopefully functional. 
You can hang all sorts of things from the branches......
Topless sugar bowls could hold some ivy.
Vintage purses, gloves and hats. There are lots of possibilities........some small frames with family photos would be fun.

I love it. I am going to go check out the feathered nest for her display. This is easy. I can do this.
Love the sugar bowls displayed that way. I'm all about contrasts of rustic and fine materials.

This is so funny that you posted this... I've been waiting (not patiently) for the snow to melt so I could gather some branches to stick in the flower box on the window I just hung back up after years in the basement! LOL

Love this idea. I have an old window I picked up off the side of the road (mortified my children), that I am just waiting to know exactly what to do with.

I love this idea and I have a window waiting in my garage to have this done. I just have to wait until it gets a little warmer outside to cut a good limb!
